The Role

As a Guest Service Agent at Kings Canyon Resort, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable stay. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries, and assisting with various front desk operations.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferredFamiliarity with RMS or a similar Reservation Booking System is an advantageProficient in computer skills, particularly MS OfficeWell-presented, organized, and detail-orientedStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsFlexible with work hours, including weekends and public holidaysA valid driver's license is essential

This is a remote role, where you will be living and working at Kings Canyon Resort. As such, please consider the reality of living in a remote location for an extended period of time. This role includes extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery
