Company Description ScintAI | Supply Chain Intelligence is a procurement intelligence platform focused on how RFQs operate in real-world supply chain environments, including complex supplier networks and cost constraints. Built by LAMA AI Ventures, ScintAI addresses the everyday challenges procurement teams face when managing RFQs through spreadsheets, emails, and inconsistent quote formats. The platform replaces fragmented workflows with a single, structured RFQ system that centralizes BOM intake, supplier communication, and quotes. Using AI, ScintAI standardizes critical commercial details and consolidates multi-supplier responses into clear side-by-side comparisons, enabling faster, data-driven sourcing decisions. Designed for enterprise procurement and supply chain teams, ScintAI supports complex, high-volume RFQs with flexible deployment options, including local and cloud.
Role Description As a UI/UX Designer at ScintAI, you will work in a remote, contract capacity to design intuitive, efficient interfaces for procurement and supply chain users. You will create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that support complex RFQ workflows, ensuring clarity and ease of use across the platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into user-centered designs, conducting user research and usability testing, and iterating based on feedback and data. You will build interactive prototypes to validate concepts, maintain consistent visual design standards, and help refine design guidelines and components. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions that align with product strategy and technical constraints.
Qualifications
- •Strong user experience design skills, including User Experience Design (UED), user flows, wireframing, and interaction design.
- •Proficiency in visual design and mockups using modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and an eye for layout, typography, and color.
- •Hands-on experience with prototyping, building interactive prototypes for usability testing and stakeholder review.
- •Basic understanding of front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- •Experience designing complex B2B or enterprise SaaS products; familiarity with procurement, supply chain, or data-heavy workflows is a plus.
- •Ability to conduct and synthesize user research, translate insights into design decisions, and present work clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- •Strong communication, collaboration, and remote work skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a contract role.
- •Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience; a portfolio demonstrating relevant UI/UX work is required.
