UI UX Designer

AccountabilitiesShape Brand Identity: Design a cohesive visual identity (logo, typography, color palette, brand book) that captures the startup’s vision.Craft Intuitive Digital Experiences: Create wireframes, high-fidelity UI mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma to deliver user-focused product flows.Build a Standout Website: Design and develop a responsive, user-centric website from concept to launch, aligned with business goals.Collaborate & Iterate: Partner with the founder to refine designs, ensuring alignment with the product vision and user needs.

Requirements5+ years proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in startup environments.Background delivering web-based SaaS projects (preferably related to media).Strong proficiency with Adobe XD, Figma, and AI based design solutions like framer.com.Strong portfolio demonstrating branding (logos, brand systems) and UI/UX design for web applications.Ability to create or maintain a comprehensive brand guide.Experience creating and maintaining comprehensive brand guides and design systems.Experience conducting user research, usability testing, or A/B testing to inform design decisions.Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and modern UX/UI best practices.Strong written and verbal English communication skills.Ability to work full-time EST.
