Continuously refine workflows to improve user outcomes. What Makes You a Perfect Fit: Strong empathy for users paired with business-minded pragmatism. Excellent communicator who can defend design choices with data. Portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving and UI craftsmanship. Comfortable collaborating in Agile sprint environments. Required Experience & Skills (Minimum): 2+ years professional product design experience. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
