Job Description Job Title: Website UI Designer Location: Hybrid – Based in Kerobokan, Bali Experience: 1–3 Years Type: Full-Time Role Overview We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Website UI Designer to help create visually appealing and user-friendly website designs for a variety of clients and industries. This role is ideal for someone with a strong design background who enjoys creating layouts, user interfaces, and visual concepts. You do not need advanced programming or web development skills, but you should be highly proficient in design tools and have a strong eye for aesthetics, branding, and user experience. Whether your experience comes from graphic design, branding, digital design, social media design, or other creative fields, we'd love to see how your design skills can translate into exceptional website experiences. Key Responsibilities Design modern, responsive website layouts and user interfaces. Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma. Collaborate with account managers, ads specialist, and developers to bring website concepts to life. Ensure designs align with client branding and business objectives. Design website elements including banners, icons, buttons, forms, and visual assets. Apply UX/UI best practices to improve usability and user engagement. Present design concepts and revisions clearly to internal teams. Stay up to date with current web design trends and emerging digital design techniques. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for website projects. What We're Looking For 1–3 years of experience in UI Design, Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related creative field. Strong portfolio showcasing visual design skills and creative thinking. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software. Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy. Good command of English, able to communicate ideas clearly. Attention to detail and ability to maintain design consistency. Creative mindset with a passion for solving design challenges. Ability to receive feedback and iterate on designs effectively. Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects. Bonus Skills Understanding of UX principles and user-centred design. Experience designing responsive websites. Experience creating brand identities, marketing materials, or social media content. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (not required but beneficial).
