About Us We’re a B-Corp certified, full-service marketing agency based in Vancouver, Canada. Our team creates engaging digital experiences for clients across industries, combining strategy, creativity, and technology. Role Overview We’re looking for a talented Visual Designer to create polished, conversion-focused creative for our clients. This role is primarily focused on website visuals, style guides, and marketing assets , with light UI/UX thinking applied where needed. You’ll help shape how brands look and feel across digital touchpoints – from websites, marketing campaigns, emails, and ads. Key Responsibilities Design website visuals, landing pages, and marketing creative Develop style guides including: typography, colour systems, layouts, and visual direction for client brands Ensure visual consistency across web, ads, email, and social assets Design website pages and landing pages with conversion and usability in mind Produce wireframes and layout concepts when needed (not heavy UX research) Collaborate with developers to translate visuals into responsive designs Produce polished assets for campaigns, presentations, and client deliverables Support performance marketing teams with design needs (ads, CRO tests, etc.) Occasionally handle ad-hoc client requests & iterations Work closely with the creative director, marketers, developers, and account managers Contribute to internal design standards and scalable systems Required Skills & Experience Strong portfolio focused on web & visual design Proven experience designing websites, landing pages, and brand identities Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) Strong sense of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy Understanding of basic UX and conversion principles (not research-heavy) Familiarity with responsive design and web constraints Ability to move fast, iterate, and deliver polished work Strong communication and collaboration skills Nice to have Experience working in marketing or agency environments Motion design or Webflow experience Understanding of CRO and performance-driven creative Please share Please provide a link to your portfolio.
