Position: Visual Designer
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $50–$70/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
Requirements
Application Process (Takes ~20–25 min):
- •Write, review, and validate prompt-based questions used to train AI systems in visual design workflows.
- •Apply graphic and UI design expertise to ensure prompts and responses reflect real-world design processes.
- •Evaluate AI-generated design outputs for visual quality, aesthetic coherence, and practical relevance.
- •Translate professional design judgment into clear, structured feedback for AI training and evaluation.
- •Collaborate asynchronously with project leads to refine prompt quality and design realism.
- •Strong years of professional experience in graphic design or UI design (UX-only profiles are not a fit).
- •Bachelor’s degree in design or a closely related field.
- •Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual design work (websites/apps, branding, marketing assets).
- •Excellent attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- •Familiarity with LLMs or generative AI prompting is a plus.
- •Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
