About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and talented UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting user-centric, visually compelling experiences that align with our company’s standards and client expectations. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement effective design strategies that enhance usability and aesthetic appeal. Your primary focus will be on designing seamless interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring that every user interaction is intuitive, accessible, and engaging. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence the look and feel of innovative products, contribute to a collaborative team environment, and help shape the future of intelligent technology solutions.
Qualifications
To succeed in this position, candidates should possess a strong foundation in visual and interaction design, with demonstrated experience in creating user-friendly interfaces. A portfolio showcasing both UX thinking and polished UI execution is essential. Candidates should have proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with a preference for Figma as the primary tool. Excellent problem-solving skills, a user-first mindset, and the ability to communicate design concepts effectively to cross-functional teams are crucial. Additionally, familiarity with responsive design principles, accessibility standards, and industry best practices is required. Experience working within Agile environments, conducting user research, and designing enterprise or B2B software products will be considered a plus. - •Collaborate closely with developers by providing detailed design specifications and assets, facilitating smooth implementation and handoff.
- •Iterate on designs rapidly based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and team critique sessions to refine and enhance user experiences.
