Overview
Our client is seeking a UI Designer to craft intuitive, visually compelling user interfaces that enhance user experience across digital products. This role collaborates closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Developers, and Marketing teams to translate user needs and business requirements into elegant, functional interface designs. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, a solid design foundation, and experience designing scalable, user-centered digital interfaces in a fast-paced environment.

- •Stay current with UI trends, tools, and emerging design patterns.

- •Partners closely with UX Designers, Developers, Product Managers, and Marketing teams.
- •Manages multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- •May operate in a remote or hybrid setting using modern design and collaboration tools.
- •Strong experience in UI design for digital products (web and/or mobile).
- •Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- •Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- •Experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
- •Knowledge of responsive design and platform-specific UI guidelines.
- •Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
- •Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- •3–6 years of experience as a UI Designer or Visual Designer.
- •Experience in technology, SaaS, e-commerce, or digital product environments.
- •Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS concepts to improve collaboration with developers.
- •Exposure to UX principles, usability testing, or interaction design.
- •Experience working in agile or product-led teams.
- •A strong portfolio showcasing UI design work for real-world products.
- •Consistency and quality of UI designs across products.
- •Positive stakeholder and user feedback on visual design and usability.
- •Adoption and effective use of design systems and UI components.
- •Timely delivery of design assets that support efficient development.
- •Contribution to improved user engagement and product experience.
