This role centers on designing intuitive, web-based systems that translate complex clinical flowcharts into engaging, state-driven user experiences. You will collaborate closely with engineers to prototype and implement responsive interfaces that support real-time medical decision-making. The ideal candidate brings a background in game or interactive system design, a strong grasp of Figma prototyping, and a passion for creating impactful digital products in the healthcare sector. This is a part-time, fully remote contract opportunity to shape novel interfaces that empower doctors worldwide.

- •Translate clinical flowcharts and complex medical information into interactive, user-friendly web-based decision systems
- •Design and prototype state-based UI flows using Figma, ensuring clarity and usability for healthcare professionals
- •Collaborate with engineers to implement responsive, mobile-first interfaces that function seamlessly across devices
- •Integrate motion, audio, and video elements as learning aids to enhance user engagement and comprehension
- •Apply best practices in interaction design, accessibility, and information architecture to support diverse user needs
- •Iterate on designs based on feedback from medical experts and technical teams
- •Proven experience designing interactive systems, games, or complex web applications
- •Expertise in Figma for prototyping and UI design
- •Strong understanding of state-based UI and user flow mapping
- •Demonstrated ability to translate complex processes into intuitive digital experiences
- •Familiarity with responsive web design and mobile-first principles
- •Experience integrating multimedia (motion, audio, video) into user interfaces
- •Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working alongside engineers and subject matter experts
- •Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for digital health products is a plus
- •Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage part-time remote contract work
