About The Role
We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Web Designer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual design and user experience, with a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web applications and platforms. This role involves collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design user-centered solutions that enhance overall user experience. - •Minimum of 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design roles, preferably focused on web applications or websites.
- •A degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- •Certifications in UI/UX design or related disciplines are advantageous.
- •Strong portfolio showcasing design projects that demonstrate problem-solving skills and creativity in UI/UX design.
- •Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
- •Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively communicate with development teams.
- •Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback to inform design decisions.
- •Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
- •Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- •Technical requirements include a computer with dual monitors, at least 8GB of RAM, a minimum internet speed of 25 MBPS, and a camera with at least 1080p resolution.
- •Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and user flows, aligning with user needs and business goals.
- •Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
- •Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design user-centered solutions.
- •Develop visual aspects of websites including color schemes, typography, and layout to create cohesive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces.
- •Design interactive elements such as buttons, forms, and navigation to enhance user engagement and usability.
- •Conduct usability tests and iterate designs based on user feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
- •Ensure responsive design to provide seamless experiences across various devices and screen sizes.
- •Create and maintain design documentation, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across all products.
- •Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design to continuously enhance skills and design quality.
- •40 hours per week, 8 hours per day work schedule.
