Job Title: UI/UX & Graphic Designer (1-Month Internship + Monthly Contract) Company: Variance Technologies Private Limited Location: Remote (India) Compensation: ₹5,000 (1-Month Internship) → ₹15,000/month (Post-Internship Selection) The Hiring Process Variance Technologies Private Limited is looking for a talented designer to help us reimagine our web presence. We are hiring via a "Probationary Internship" model: Month 1 (Internship): A one-month trial period focused on designing our website in Figma. You will receive a stipend of ₹5,000 for this month. Ongoing (Contract): Upon successful completion and performance review, you will be transitioned to a long-term contract at ₹15,000 per month . Scope of Work (Month 1) Your primary goal during the internship month will be to design a high-fidelity website in Figma . We need a designer who can: Develop various layout structures for our core pages. Experiment with and present different color palettes and typography schemes . Create custom icons and visual elements using Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop . Maintain a clean, organized Figma file for future developer handoff. Required Skills Figma: Expert level (Auto-layout, Components, and Prototyping). Adobe Suite: Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator for custom graphics. Canva: For quick marketing assets and templates. Creative Thinking: Ability to interpret brand values into visual design. Mandatory Submission Requirements Link to Portfolio: Applications without a Behance, Dribbble, or personal portfolio link will be automatically rejected. Originality: We have a strict policy against plagiarism. Do not submit work that is not yours. Tool Check: Confirm you have active access to Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Why Join Us?
