• •3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or user experience-related roles.
• •Experience designing enterprise applications, workflow-driven platforms, or business-critical software solutions.
• •Strong knowledge of human-centered design methodologies and UX best practices.
• •Experience with user journey mapping, service design, persona development, and workflow analysis.
• •Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• •Experience designing dashboards, analytics platforms, and data visualization experiences.
• •Knowledge of information architecture, navigation systems, and interaction design.
• •Experience conducting usability testing and user research.
• •Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive web design principles.
• •Strong portfolio showcasing enterprise applications, operational platforms, dashboards, or workflow-centric solutions.
• •Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams in Agile environments.

• •Experience designing AI-enabled applications, conversational interfaces, or copilot experiences.
• •Familiarity with workflow automation and intelligent business platforms.
• •Experience designing management consoles, operational dashboards, or analytics-driven applications.

• •Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, insurance, or government.
