【ミッション】
社内で使われるシステムやコーポレートWebサイトなど、社内外のステークホルダーが日常的に触れる体験を、デザインの力でより使いやすく整えていくポジションです。
特定のプロダクトを担当するのではなく、社内に点在するさまざまな体験を横断的に見直し、全体としての使いやすさやわかりやすさを高めていく役割を担っていただきます。
UIや画面の見た目を整えることが目的ではありません。
「なぜ使いづらいのか」「どこで業務が止まっているのか」を丁寧に捉え、構造や情報の整理から改善を進めていくことを期待しています。
エンジニアや関係者と対話しながら要件を整理し、設計から実装までデザインを形にしていきます。
【業務内容】
社内システムやコーポレートサイトを含む、コーポレート領域全体のUI/UXデザインを担当していただきます。
・社内システムのUI/UX設計および改善
・社員向けマニュアルや業務ガイドの設計、情報整理
・コーポレートサイトのUX設計をアップデートするプロジェクトオーナー
・その他コーポレートのさまざまなUXの改善

・フルフレックス（コアタイムなし）、フルリモート、副業も可能です。時間や場所に捉われず、柔軟に働き方をデザインできます。

ユーザベースグループでは、チームの成果を最優先に考え、働き方はチームごとに決めています。出社頻度や稼働時間も固定ではなく、「どうすればチームの力を最大化できるか」を都度話し合い、必要に応じて見直しています。
【必須要件】
◼︎経験（以下いずれも必須となります。）
・UI/UX以外の分野（グラフィックデザイン、空間デザインなど）に触れてきた経験
・コーポレートサイトの制作実務
・サイト制作において、状況に応じたツール選びや情報設計、構築までのプロセスに主体的に関わった経験
◼︎スキル
・HTML、CSS、JavaScriptについて、実装ができなくても仕組みが理解できるレベルの基礎知識
・FigmaやAdobeなど、主要なデザインツールを業務で使用してきたスキル
【歓迎要件】
◼︎経験
・UI/UX以外の分野（グラフィックデザイン、空間デザインなど）に触れてきた経験
・Notionを用いたサイト構築や情報設計の経験
◼︎スキル
・ポートフォリオを通じて、デザインのプロセスや成果を分かりやすく説明できる力
