Senior UX/UI Designer
TeamBuilder · New York, NY
📄Description
Come join us at the intersection of healthcare operations, analytics, and SaaS technology!
At TeamBuilder, we believe in empowering our healthcare customers through inventive solutions and a commitment to excellence. Our young, rapidly growing company is looking for passionate professionals who thrive in a dynamic, innovative, and collaborative environment.
Key Values of all TeamBuilders
*This role is fully remote, and you must be located within the United States to be eligible.
TeamBuilder builds software that helps healthcare teams plan, schedule, and operate more smoothly. Our product supports real people doing real work — which means the design needs to be clear, thoughtful, and genuinely usable.
We also believe good software should look and feel good. We care about visual craft, interaction polish, and the small details that make an interface feel calm, modern, and intentional. Designers here have room to shape not just how things work, but how they feel — from flows and systems down to typography, spacing, and motion. If you value clarity and aesthetics, and enjoy creating software that’s both functional and beautiful, you’ll feel at home here.
About The Role
We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer with a strong track record designing elegant, intuitive experiences for complex software products. This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can untangle hard problems, and consistently turns complexity into clarity.
You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to shape experiences from early concept through execution, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
