Senior Product Designer

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to lead the design and user experience of our innovative digital products. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging, accessible, and user-centered designs for web and mobile applications. This role requires a strong foundation in UX/UI principles, a passion for product development, and expertise in various design tools and methodologies. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual and interaction design that drives user satisfaction and business success. Duties Lead end-to-end product design processes, including user research, requirements gathering, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Develop comprehensive user flows, information architecture, and layout designs that enhance user experience across platforms. Create high-fidelity visual designs using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or Zeplin, ensuring consistency with brand standards. Collaborate with front-end developers to implement responsive web design using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, React, Angular, and other technologies. Conduct A/B testing and analyze data from Google Analytics 360, Adobe Analytics, and other web analytics tools to inform design decisions. Apply design thinking methodologies to solve complex problems related to usability, accessibility (Web accessibility), and interaction design. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and incorporate feedback into iterative design improvements. Work within Agile teams utilizing Jira or similar project management tools to meet project deadlines effectively. Stay current with industry trends in UX/UI design, motion graphics (Adobe After Effects), data visualization, and emerging technologies such as AR/VR or Unreal Engine. Experience Proven experience in product design for e-commerce platforms or web applications with a strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX excellence. Extensive knowledge of front-end development principles including JavaScript frameworks like React and Angular, RESTful APIs, and SDLC processes. Proficiency with digital design tools such as Adobe XD, InVision, Balsamiq, Axure, Zeplin, Figma, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop. Strong understanding of interaction design principles, responsive web/web accessibility standards (WCAG), information architecture, and layout design. Experience conducting user research through qualitative and quantitative methods; familiarity with tools like Qualtrics or UserZoom is a plus. Ability to analyze data using SQL or web analytics platforms like Google Analytics 360 or Omniture to inform user-centered decisions. Knowledge of motion graphics (Adobe After Effects), data analysis skills (Excel/SQL), and familiarity with APIs for seamless integration of services is desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels; experience working within Agile environments is preferred.
