The Art Director is responsible for leading the conceptualization and execution of visually compelling digital experiences across branding, marketing, and web platforms. This role combines strong creative design capabilities with web design and art direction, ensuring cohesive, high-quality outputs that align with brand strategy and business objectives. Role and Responsibilities: Develop and execute creative concepts for digital campaigns, websites, and brand assets aligned with overall brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and client requirements. Design and produce high-quality visual assets, including graphics, layouts, UI elements, and marketing materials for various digital platforms. Collaborate with the design lead to define visual direction, set design standards, and ensure consistency across all creative outputs. Collaborate closely with developers, marketers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of designs across platforms. Review and provide constructive feedback on design work from team members to maintain quality, consistency, and alignment with the creative vision. Ensure all outputs adhere to brand standards and maintain a cohesive look and feel across campaigns and digital channels. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. Stay updated with design trends, web technologies, and emerging tools to continuously improve creative output and user experience. Utilize industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design and prototyping tools. Communicate design concepts, rationale, and revisions clearly to stakeholders and clients. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Web Design or a related field. At least 4-6 years of experience in digital design, including both graphic and web design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects); knowledge of other design tools is a plus. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital campaigns, and web/UI design. Strong creativity, visual storytelling, and conceptual thinking skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work efficiently under deadlines. Good communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams.
