■職務詳細
・モノグサは既存事業として学習塾や学校向けのBtoBtoCビジネスを展開しつつ、そこで培った知見を活かして社会人向けの新規事業を展開し始めています。
・BtoC：学習者（生徒）が使うプロダクト（iOS, Android）
・BtoB：管理者（塾や学校の先生）が使うプロダクト（Web）
・このポジションでは、デザイナーとして以下のプロダクトデザインに関する業務を幅広く担当して頂きます。
・プロトタイピング
・ユーザビリティ評価、デザインQAの実施
・デザインシステムの構築・運用や、デザインガイドラインの策定・浸透等
■利用ツール
・Google Workspace
・Figma
・Slack
■必須スキル
・週15時間以上稼働可能な方
・ユーザーの操作シナリオを定義し、必要な画面群と動線、ナビゲーションを定義するスキル
・ECサイトなどの管理UI設計経験、toB向けSaaSプロダクト開発におけるUI設計経験、または、スマホアプリのUI設計経験
・既存のデザインガイドライン／デザインシステムなどを活用し、ワイヤーフレームを設計するスキル
・ソフトウェアエンジニアと協力し、デザインを実装するスキル
・デザインチームにおいて、他のデザイナーと協業した経験
・思考プロセスを整理し、他のステークホルダーに明確かつ効果的に伝える能力

・OOUIの知識・経験
・HTML、CSS、JavaScript等などの知識・開発経験
・デザインシステム／デザインガイドラインの構築・管理運用経験

・定量アンケート／定性インタビュー調査の企画・実施・分析のスキル
・プロダクトマネージャーと協力し、分析結果から課題を整理・導き出すスキル
