Role Overview We are seeking a part-time Creative Content Associate to help execute Tego's creative vision across content creation, graphic design, packaging, photography, videography, paid advertising, and digital marketing. Reporting directly to the Social & Creative Director, you'll create high-quality creative assets while working within established brand guidelines and contributing fresh ideas that help bring the Tego brand to life. ResponsibilitiesContent Creation Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms Film and edit Reels, TikToks, paid advertisements, product demonstrations, educational content, lifestyle videos, and behind-the-scenes content Write captions, hooks, on-screen text, and other short-form copy Adapt content for multiple platforms, audiences, and campaign objectives Repurpose photography, video, influencer, and user-generated content into new creative assets Contribute ideas for campaigns, trends, product storytelling, and creative concepts Stay current on platform updates, editing styles, and emerging content trends Graphic Design Design branded graphics for social media, paid advertising, website content, email marketing, presentations, and marketing campaigns Create carousels, advertisements, promotional graphics, and other digital marketing assets Design brochures, flyers, signage, trade show materials, presentation decks, and other branded collateral Prepare production-ready artwork for digital and print applications Maintain consistency across Tego's visual identity and brand standards Packaging Design Assist in designing and updating product packaging across Tego's product line Design packaging, instructional inserts, product guides, labels, retail displays, and other printed materials Create packaging concepts that align with Tego's brand identity and customer experience Prepare production-ready artwork and files for commercial printing Work within print specifications, dielines, and packaging templates Support packaging revisions while maintaining quality, consistency, and brand standards Photography & Videography Capture product photography and lifestyle imagery for social media, advertising, the Tego website, and marketing campaigns Film high-quality vertical and horizontal content Assist with lighting, composition, shot planning, and creative direction Edit and optimize photo and video assets for multiple platforms and formats Qualifications Passion for content creation, branding, and visual storytelling Experience creating engaging short-form video content Strong graphic design skills and a polished visual aesthetic Photography and videography experience with an understanding of lighting, framing, and composition Strong video editing skills Experience preparing production-ready artwork for digital and print applications, including packaging, is preferred Proficiency with: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe InDesign Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe After Effects Adobe Lightroom Adobe Express Canva CapCut Final Cut Pro (or similar editing software) Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities Ability to take creative direction while contributing original ideas Bonus Qualifications Experience with consumer products, technology, accessibility, home products, or lifestyle brands Experience creating paid social media creative Understanding of social media analytics and creative performance Experience working with influencers and user-generated content (UGC) Motion graphics or animation experience Product photography experience Familiarity with digital asset management systems (Google Drive) Who You'll Work With You'll collaborate closely with Tego's leadership team as we prepare for launch.
