Cannabis Creative Group, a CHAMP Digital company is a dynamic, fast-scaling Marketing Agency that partners with clients to shape their brand narrative, engage their audiences, and drive measurable results. We are looking for a Junior Designer to collaborate closely with our Creative Director to bring imaginative concepts to life. You’ll craft on-trend, engaging content tailored to a variety of clients’ specific needs. Working in a fast-paced, agency environment, you will be the driving force behind designing original, eye-catching visuals, contributing to impactful digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in designing original content, staying on top of design trends, and the agility to design across multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. This role will focus primarily on website design, including full website wireframes and designs that vary from client to client. Projects will also include: brand identity, email marketing template creation/design support, digital ad creation for paid search and landing page design.This position is contract but can evolve to a full time position. Responsibilities/Requirements: 1+ years of relevant experience as a digital marketing designer. (Digital agency experience is a plus!). Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite/(Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) & Figma Ability to design visually engaging, mobile friendly email marketing templates and design support with in both AIQ and Klaviyo platforms Ability to create compelling and effective digital ads for paid search Exceptional multitasking abilities with a willingness to adapt and excel in a dynamic environment. Collaborate seamlessly with various departments: content, social media, email marketing, web developers, SEO experts, paid specialists, and client services managers. Articulate design choices to clients, gracefully handling feedback with professionalism and empathy. A passionate eye for marketing design and a track record of creating engaging illustrations, logos, and other visuals, both digitally and by hand. Thoroughly test graphics across multiple media platforms. Skillfully refine designs based on feedback, ensuring the final product is visually captivating and consistently on-brand. Interested? Great!
