About the Role We are looking for a Graphic Designer / Illustrator to support a fast-growing sticker design project. This is a temporary, full-time role for approximately 3 months, with an immediate need for someone who can help accelerate the creation and refinement of 2D and 3D sticker designs. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in illustration and graphic design, with experience creating playful, polished, and production-ready artwork. This role will involve working with AI-generated images and manually refining them into clean, usable sticker designs that can be sent to the factory for production. Responsibilities Sticker Design & Illustration: Create, refine, and adapt 2D and 3D sticker designs based on project requirements, creative direction, and brand guidelines. AI Image Editing & Cleanup: Work with AI-generated images and manually edit, clean up, and enhance them to meet production standards. Production-Ready Artwork Preparation: Prepare final artwork files for factory handoff, ensuring accuracy, quality, and correct file formatting. Creative Design Support: Support the internal design team in accelerating sticker design output across multiple styles, themes, and product lines. Packaging Design & Final Art: Create, Refine and Adapt packaging artwork based on project requirements, creative direction and brand guidelines. Packaging Design Support: Support the internal design team in accelerating packaging artwork delivery for packaging mock-ups and final art for production. File Organization & Version Control: Maintain organized design files, follow naming conventions, and ensure updated versions are easy to access and review. Quality Control: Review artwork for consistency, visual appeal, technical accuracy, and readiness for production. Competencies and Qualifications Must-Have Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Illustrator, or similar creative role. Strong illustration skills, especially for playful, character-based, decorative, or consumer product designs. Experience creating or editing sticker designs, decals, prints, packaging graphics, or similar product artwork. Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Ability to edit and refine AI-generated images into polished final artwork. Strong understanding of preparing artwork for production or factory handoff. High attention to detail and ability to work quickly without compromising quality. Ability to follow creative direction and revise designs based on feedback. Nice-to-Have Experience designing for toys, kids’ products, stationery, novelty items, collectibles, or consumer goods. Experience with both 2D and 3D-style sticker designs. Familiarity with AI image generation tools or AI-assisted design workflows. Experience working with international design or production teams. Understanding of print production requirements, dielines, color modes, and file preparation. Key Qualities Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
