Der Deutsche Hilfsbund (DEHIB) baut eine professionelle, leistungsfähige Ehrenamtsstruktur auf, die bundesweit, digital und strategisch gesteuert ist. Menschen, Kultur und Organisationsentwicklung sind dabei kein Nebenbereich, sondern eine zentrale Steuerungsfunktion.
Als Head of Brand Design verantworten Sie den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung des visuellen Erscheinungsbildes des DEHIB. Die Funktion ist als Abteilungsleitung dem Chief Communication Officer beigeordnet. Ziel ist der Aufbau eines kleinen, schlagkräftigen Designteams von 2 bis 3 Personen sowie die konsistente Umsetzung einer klaren Markenlogik über alle Kanäle hinweg.
Hinweis: Die Tätigkeit ist ehrenamtlich, unvergütet und begründet kein Beschäftigungsverhältnis. Sie eignet sich für verschiedene Lebensphasen, auch begleitend zu einer Anstellung, und dient der persönlichen und fachlichen Weiterentwicklung.
Aufgaben
Aufbau und Führung eines Designteams für Content, Pitches, Präsentationen und Folien
Entwicklung und Pflege des Corporate Designs, der Corporate Vision und der visuellen Markenlogik
Sicherstellung eines konsistenten Markenbildes über Website, Präsentationen und Kommunikationsformate
Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Brand-Guidelines und Designstandards
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Chief Communication Officer bei strategischen Markenfragen
Mitwirkung am Aufbau von Employer Branding in Abstimmung mit dem People- und HR-Bereich
Gestaltung von Mehrwerten für die Website durch visuelle Konzepte und Designsysteme
Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Canva-Umgebung
Prüfung und Organisation zusätzlicher Design-Tools über Non-Profit-Programme in Abstimmung mit dem Verband
Qualifikation
Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Brand Design, Grafikdesign, visuelle Kommunikation oder vergleichbar
Kreative, konzeptionell starke Arbeitsweise mit Sinn für Markenführung
Fähigkeit, Design nicht nur operativ, sondern strategisch zu denken
Erfahrung mit Präsentationsdesign und Content-Formaten
Sicherer Umgang mit Canva, weitere Tools von Vorteil
Studium im Design- oder Kreativbereich wünschenswert, aber kein Muss
Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Verlässlichkeit und Freude am Aufbau neuer Strukturen
