📄Description
Who are we? Prominence | noun ‘Something that stands out’ Prominence was founded out of the desire to help those in the recruitment sector respond to changes in consumer behaviour, namely the shift towards digital and social media. As a results-driven marketing agency, we focus on digital marketing strategy, content marketing, graphic design and brand identity, social media, SEO, PPC and email marketing. Through these, we have successfully helped numerous recruitment agencies throughout Australia, New Zealand and the UK in the last 10 years, to significantly grow their brand and expand their business, delivering a premier marketing solution that puts them ahead of their competition. Just as importantly, we believe great work comes from a great environment. We’re serious about building a workplace people genuinely enjoy being part of. That means prioritising work-life balance, offering flexible working hours, giving you your birthday off, and making time for regular team lunches and quarterly team-building activities. We work hard and move quickly, but we respect boundaries: when your workday ends, it ends. Because we know rest and downtime is essential to long-term performance and creativity.
