GRAPHIC DESIGNER (contract)

Responsibilities: Create visually compelling designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, and website assets. Develop and design brand identity elements, such as logos, color palettes, and typography, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with brand guidelines and objectives. Translate creative briefs and marketing objectives into visually appealing and effective designs. Use design software and tools to create and edit graphics, illustrations, and layouts. Incorporate feedback and revisions into designs, ensuring timely delivery of final assets. Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness. Collaborate with printers and other external vendors to ensure accurate and high-quality production of printed materials. Maintain organized files and assets, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility for future use. Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's visual brand guidelines. Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field. Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, preferably in a creative agency or marketing department. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition. Knowledge of current design trends and best practices. Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with the ability to think outside the box. Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.
