Graphic Designer

Position: Graphic Designer Schedule: Day Shift Work Set-up: Hybrid - Ortigas Employment Type: Project-Based (5-months) The Graphic Designer supports the development of visually compelling creative assets that strengthen the brand’s digital and print presence. This role transforms briefs into high-quality designs that align with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and marketing goals. It also embraces innovation through AI tools, collaboration, and continuous improvement to enhance creative quality and efficiency across all channels. Duties and Responsibilities Concept & Design Creation Produce high-quality graphics for website, social media, ads, email, and print materials. Support marketing campaigns with visually compelling layouts, banners, infographics, and promotional assets. Ensure designs follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across channels. AI-adoption & Innovation Leverage AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, Canva AI, Runway) to accelerate design workflows and to expand creative options. Document and share AI design best practices with junior creative designers and motion graphic artist. Collaboration Partner with copywriters, creative designers, and other members of marketing team to bring campaigns to life. Work closely with web and product teams to deliver designs optimised for e-commerce and UX/UI needs. Participate in brainstorming sessions to translate ideas into compelling visual concepts. Quality Control and Process Compliance Review designs for accuracy, alignment with briefs, and technical correctness before release. Follow a checklist to ensure that all creatives are free from common errors (e.g. spelling, punctuation, spacing) Follow structured workflows for file management, approvals, and version control. Maintain design libraries and templates for reusability and faster execution. Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (a diploma or certification in Creative Direction, UX/UI, or Digital Design is an advantage). 3 to 5 years of professional design experience, within marketing, or e-commerce. Experience in an agency environment is preferrable, but not required. Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD) and familiarity with AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, or Runway. Experience working with platforms like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com for tracking creative workflows and deadlines. Proven ability to conceptualise and execute campaign visuals across digital, social, e-commerce, and print channels while maintaining brand consistency. Strong attention to detail, time management, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
