Company: SION SDN BHD Location: Ativo Plaza, Bandar Sri Damansara Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent) Salary: RM3,000 – RM5,000 + performance-based growth Working Hours: 10am – 6pm Work Arrangement: Hybrid after probation What We Expect | About the Role: As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for producing visual assets that support marketing, events, and brand initiatives across digital and print platforms. This role involves translating concepts into clear and effective visual designs, while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver creative outputs within deadlines, manage multiple projects, and adapt to different design requirements. This position is suitable for individuals who are detail-oriented, open to feedback, and interested in developing their design capabilities in a structured and collaborative environment. Who We're Looking For | Qualifications & Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred) Prior experience in design, creative content, or visual branding is an advantage but not required Basic proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Figma Strong understanding of design fundamentals (typography, layout, color, visual hierarchy) Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Open to feedback and able to adapt to different design styles Good verbal and written communication skills in English Portfolio showcasing relevant design work What You’ll Be Doing | Responsibilities: Create visual designs for digital and print materials (e.g. social media, marketing assets, basic UI layouts) Translate concepts and briefs into clear and effective visual outputs Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all deliverables Collaborate with internal teams to align on creative direction and requirements Revise and improve designs based on feedback Stay updated on design trends and tools Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines What You’ll Get EPF, SOCSO & EIS contributions Hybrid working arrangement (after probation) Flexible working hours (10 AM – 6 PM) Structured performance reviews Opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement Supportive and collaborative working environment About SION SION SDN BHD provides creative design solutions within a growing tech ecosystem.
