Graphic Designer

📄Description

Pro-Serve Corporate Support is looking for a Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in eCommerce visual content — someone who has moved past the basics but doesn’t need to be a packaging or 3D expert. This role sits between junior and senior level. This role requires that the candidate produces clean, conversion-focused designs for product listings, newsletters, and brand assets, and knowledgeable in using AI tools to speed up workflows and improve output quality. Strong English comprehension and written communication skills are critical — all clients are US-based, and clear communication with internal teams and account managers is part of the job. ✨ Job Roles and Responsibilities: 1. eCommerce Listing Design Design and optimize product listing images for Amazon (main images, infographics, lifestyle shots, A+ Content), Walmart, and other eCommerce platforms. Create comparison charts, feature callout graphics, and before/after visuals that drive conversions. Ensure all listing visuals comply with platform-specific image requirements and best practices. Collaborate with project/account managers to align visuals with product messaging. 2. Photo Editing & Image Enhancement Retouch, color-correct, and enhance product photos for a polished, professional look. Remove and replace backgrounds, composite lifestyle scenes, and apply shadow/reflection effects. Resize and adapt assets across multiple formats and aspect ratios. 3. Newsletter & Email Design Design visually engaging email newsletters and promotional campaigns. Build layouts that are both desktop and mobile-friendly. Incorporate brand elements, consistent typography, and clear CTAs. 4. Logo & Brand Identity Design Create or refine logos, icons, and brand mark variations. Maintain and apply brand guidelines consistently across all visual outputs. Produce branded templates for recurring design needs. 5. AI-Assisted Design Use AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar) to generate visual concepts, speed up production, and expand creative options. Leverage AI for background generation, asset creation, copy refinement, and image enhancement — not as a replacement for design judgment, but as a productivity multiplier. Stay current on AI design tools and recommend new workflows that can improve team output. 6. Packaging Design Apply product artwork, branding, and design elements onto client-provided dielines. Create packaging designs that align with product specs, brand guidelines, and print requirements. Ensure all text, logos, legal copy, and graphic elements are correctly placed and print-ready. Coordinate with project/account managers to confirm final specs before submission. 7. General Design Operations Manage concurrent projects with clear prioritization and on-time delivery. Organize and maintain design files in a clean, structured folder system. Accept and integrate feedback from team leads and clients quickly and professionally. ✨ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop and Illustrator are non-negotiable; InDesign and Premiere Pro are a plus. Strong image editing and photo retouching skills. Experience designing for Amazon product listings (main images, secondary images, A+ Content) and/or Walmart, Shopify, or similar platforms. Ability to design clear, copy-light infographics that communicate product benefits at a glance. Email/newsletter design experience (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or equivalent tools is a plus). Logo and vector graphic design skills. Working knowledge of AI image/content generation tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL-E, or similar). Familiarity with eCommerce image specs, file formats, and platform requirements. Ability to work with client-provided dielines — placing artwork, applying brand elements, and preparing print-ready packaging files. Understanding of basic print production requirements: bleed, safe zones, CMYK color mode, and resolution standards. Basic video editing or GIF creation is a plus, but not required ✨ Soft Skills : Ability Comprehension & Communication – Must be able to clearly understand written and verbal briefs from US-based clients and internal teams, and respond in clear, professional English. Attention to Detail – Catches spec issues, typos in graphics, and misaligned elements before they reach review. Adaptability – Comfortable switching between different brand styles, product categories, and project types in the same week. Ownership & Accountability – Takes responsibility for quality and deadlines without needing to be micromanaged. Receptiveness to Feedback – Treats revisions as part of the process, not criticism, and turnarounds feedback quickly. Collaboration – Works well with project/account managers, copywriters, and other designers; gives and receives creative input constructively. Resourcefulness – Knows when to look something up, ask a question, or use an AI tool to move forward. ✨ Preferred Qualifications and Skills: 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience, with at least 1 year focused on eCommerce or digital product content. Portfolio with visible Amazon, Walmart, or DTC listing work — screenshots, mockups, or live links all accepted. Experience with Amazon A+ Content, Brand Storefront, or Seller Central creative assets. Demonstrated use of AI tools in a professional or freelance design workflow. Prior experience working with US-based clients or in a BPO/agency setting serving US brands. Basic understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles as applied to product listing visuals. Experience applying artwork to packaging dielines with print-ready output. Familiarity with packaging design requirements: bleed, safe zones, CMYK, and die-cut guidelines. Creative Project Management (Plus, not required) – Ability to manage design workflows, coordinate task priorities, track revision cycles, and oversee output quality across multiple projects or designers. Candidates who demonstrate this capability may be considered for a Senior Graphic Designer conversion. Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other collaborative/lightweight design tools for quick mockups. ✨ Why Pro-Serve? ✔Conveniently located at Ortigas, Pasig City / Hybrid or Work from Home Set up. ✔20 Planned Leaves and 5 Emergency Leaves plus year end leave conversion. ✔Fixed Weekends Off / US Graveyard Shift. ✔Day 1 HMO with daily hospitalization allowance and coverage of pre-existing condition. ✔Day 1 Life Insurance. ✔Company Provided Laptop, Mouse, Headset. ✔Opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a rapidly evolving industry. ✔Engage in meaningful projects that directly impact business processes and client success. ✔Continuous learning and professional growth opportunities. ✨ Apply Now!
