Role Overview As our Graphic Designer, you will be the creative engine behind our visual brand. You will be responsible for producing high-impact, professional graphics that drive engagement across our social media platforms and marketing funnels. The ideal candidate is a reliable "on-call" creative who can manage a steady flow of design requests within Monday.com. You should have a sharp eye for conversion-focused design, specifically for promo and sale campaigns, and the ability to maintain brand consistency while moving at a fast pace. Responsibilities Graphic Creation & Campaign Support - Design eye-catching social media graphics for Instagram, Facebook, and other community channels. - Develop high-converting visual assets for promo/sale campaigns, including banners, ad creative, and email headers. - Ensure all designs align with the Mandarin Blueprint brand voice and aesthetic. Workflow & Project Management - Manage all design tasks and deadlines within Monday.com. - Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to take concepts from initial ideas to final, polished deliverables. - Maintain an organized library of assets and source files on Google Drive. Process & Quality Control - Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for design workflows and approval processes. - Ensure every design is "pixel-perfect" and reviewed for accuracy before submission. - Stay updated on current social media trends and design psychology to keep our visuals fresh. Qualifications - Language Proficiency: C1 level or higher in English for seamless collaboration. - Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent professional design software. - Experience: Proven track record in graphic design, specifically creating marketing and promotional materials for social media. - Project Management: Proficiency in (or willingness to be fully onboarded into) Monday.com for task tracking. - Reliability: A "can-do" attitude with the ability to provide consistent availability for ongoing and urgent design needs. - Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing professional graphic design work (specifically social media and promo materials). Compensation Structure Rate: $15 – $25 per hour (or per project basis, depending on experience and preference).
