About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support eCommerce creative production for a leading skincare brand. In this role, you will produce high-volume, on-brand digital assets that drive performance across online marketplaces and social commerce platforms — primarily Shopee, Lazada, Meta and More. This is a fast-paced production role suited to a designer who executes with precision, adapts quickly to brand guidelines, and understands the visual language of eCommerce skincare. A strong ability to communicate clearly is must. Key Responsibilities Produce eCommerce creative assets including marketplace banners, product listing visuals, promotional graphics, and campaign toolkits aligned to brand standards. Adapt and localise master creative assets for the Philippine market across digital touchpoints. Ensure all outputs are correctly sized, formatted, and file-ready for platform submission (Shopee, Lazada, Meta Ads Manager). Work within defined brand guidelines — maintaining consistency in typography, color, tone, and visual hierarchy. Manage concurrent deliverables across campaign cycles with minimal supervision. Coordinate revisions based on feedback from account teams efficiently. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative design ideas. Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices. Requirements 2–4 years of graphic design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating eCommerce or FMCG/beauty brand work Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva Familiarity with digital ad specs across Meta and major Southeast Asian marketplaces Strong grasp of design fundamentals — layout, typography, color, and hierarchy Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver under tight turnarounds Motion graphics capability (After Effects or equivalent) is an advantage.
