We’re scaling aggressively across Meta, TikTok, Amazon, retail, and subscription—and we’re looking for a high-level Graphic Designer who knows how to create visuals that drive clicks, conversions, and revenue.

This is not a traditional graphic design role focused on “pretty” creative.

The Role

We’re hiring a Graphic Designer to create high-performing static creatives for Meta, TikTok, Instagram, Amazon, landing pages, email campaigns, product launches, and other growth channels.

You’ll work closely with the growth, creative, and media buying teams to design ads and marketing assets that help scale customer acquisition and revenue.

You should understand how to combine strong visual design with direct-response marketing principles.

What You’ll Actually Do

Design high-converting static ads for Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and paid social campaignsCreate performance-focused creatives optimized for CTR, hook rate, and conversionsDevelop ad variations for rapid testing and iterationDesign graphics for landing pages, email campaigns, Amazon listings, product launches, and promotional campaignsCollaborate with creative strategists, media buyers, and video editors to build winning campaignsTurn UGC, testimonials, reviews, and product benefits into compelling visual adsResearch competitor ads and industry trends to identify winning creative stylesHelp maintain and evolve Afina’s visual identity across channelsUse AI tools and modern creative workflows to improve speed and output

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of graphic design experience for DTC or e-commerce brandsStrong portfolio of paid social ads and performance-focused creativeExperience designing for Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and digital advertisingStrong understanding of direct-response marketing and consumer psychologyAbility to create clean, modern, conversion-focused designsFast execution and ability to produce large volumes of creativeStrong understanding of typography, hierarchy, and ad compositionExperience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar toolsAbility to take feedback and iterate quickly

Experience scaling creatives for 7-figure or 8-figure brandsExperience in wellness, beauty, skincare, or consumer productsMotion graphics or light animation experienceExperience with Amazon listing design and infographicsFamiliarity with AI design tools and workflowsUnderstanding of landing page design and CRO principles
