Freelance Graphic Designer

Role Description TWNTY Creative is looking for a part time graphic designer for a small boutique social media, photography and marketing agency based in Miami, FL. This will be a remote position except for on-site client meetings and photoshoots. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across digital and print mediums, developing brand identities, and producing creative assets that elevate our clients' presence. This will be a great role for someone who wants to have their hands in a little bit of everything and enjoys learning new skills within a small team. You will be working one on one with the founder to manage and develop this brand/company. This will start as a part time position and develop into a full-time role long term. Qualifications Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and attention to detail across various design styles Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and collaborate with team members Conscientious, thorough, passionate, compassionate, caring, good sense of humor Demonstrates a willingness to learn from others and accept constructive feedback Positive, upbeat, good energy; involved, engaged team player Proven work experience as a graphic designer, preferably in hospitality, food and beverage, or lifestyle brands Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva; familiarity with Figma or Sketch a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Detail oriented, organized and able to move at a quick learning pace Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to interpret creative briefs and translate concepts into visual designs Basic photo editing and video editing skills Understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, composition, and layout Ability to adapt designs for various platforms and formats, from social media graphics to print collateral Familiarity with motion graphics or animation is a plus but not required BS degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field recommended but not required Responsibilities Stay abreast of design trends, visual culture, and industry developments that inspire fresh creative work Work to pitch, concept and execute compelling visual content that communicates our clients' brand vision strategically and creatively across all touchpoints Contribute to the evolution of client brands by exploring unique visual directions, styles, and creative solutions Design social media graphics, stories, reels covers, and other digital assets optimized for each platform Create print materials including menus, flyers, signage, business cards, and promotional collateral Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual identity systems for clients Collaborate with the social media team to ensure visual consistency across all content Retouch and edit photos from client photoshoots for use across marketing channels Help develop original creative concepts and suggest innovative ways to visually attract customers and promote our brands Design presentations, pitch decks, and other client-facing materials Able to understand project objectives while adhering to budgets and timelines Prepare and organize design files for print production and digital deployment Individuals may perform other duties as assigned including work in other functional areas to cover absences or relief, to equalize peak work periods or otherwise to balance the workload, gain additional experience to further the individual's professional development Job Type: Part-time Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid time off Referral program Work Location: Remote
