We are currently looking for a Creative Designer who is passionate about design and capable of turning ideas into visually engaging concepts. Role Overview The Creative Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and producing visual designs for digital platforms and company projects. This role involves creating graphics, layouts, and user interface components that effectively communicate messages to users and stakeholders. The designer will work closely with internal teams to ensure that all designs align with the company’s vision and project objectives. Key Responsibilities Create illustrations, logos, layouts, and other visual graphics using design software or manual sketching Design user interface elements such as navigation menus, tabs, widgets, and buttons Develop UI mockups and prototypes that demonstrate how digital products will function and appear Produce original graphic materials such as images, sketches, and layouts for various projects Ensure consistency with company branding standards including fonts, colors, and visual style Review design briefs to understand project requirements and objectives Conceptualize visual ideas based on project specifications Present design concepts through storyboards, process flows, and site maps Prepare draft designs and present them to internal teams for feedback Identify and resolve user experience issues such as responsiveness and layout improvements Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather design requirements Review final layouts and suggest improvements when necessary Ensure projects are completed within established deadlines Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field Previous experience in graphic design or a similar creative role Experience in UI/UX design or related digital design work is an advantage Knowledge of wireframing tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, Adobe XD, or similar software Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Strong eye for visual composition and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines Skills & Competencies Creativity and visual design expertise Strong attention to detail Problem-solving and analytical thinking Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to give and receive constructive feedback Effective time management and organizational skills Basic understanding of marketing design, branding, website design, and multimedia content Working Conditions Full-time position; initially on-site for the first two (2) months, with a transition to a hybrid work setup afterwards Work Location: Holy Spirit Drive, Quezon City Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Company Christmas gift Company events Opportunities for promotion Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person
