About Us Clogger is a New Zealand–based premium chainsaw‑protection brand trusted by arborists and forestry professionals worldwide. We’re rebuilding our ecommerce experience into an education‑led, genuinely premium buying journey and elevating all of our marketing design to match. We benchmark ourselves against category‑defining brands like Apple, Peak Design, and Dyson. We’re looking for a versatile, senior‑calibre designer who can own our ecommerce website UI/UX and our marketing collateral. You’ll design in Figma, collaborate closely with our in‑house developer, and help lift our brand to a world‑class standard. What You’ll Do Design and refine ecommerce website pages (UI + UX) to a premium, production‑ready standard Elevate AI‑generated draft mock-ups into ship‑quality designs Design for conversion through clarity and confidence — not urgency, scarcity, or discount pressure Create mobile‑first layouts, including long‑scroll product pages Build reusable components and tokens in Figma for developer handoff Think through user journeys, edge cases, empty states, error states, and configurator flows Design brochures, catalogues, and product sheets using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator Produce ad and social creative, plus reusable templates Contribute to design guidelines, standards, and cross‑page consistency You Must Have A portfolio of premium product, UI, and ecommerce web design (not template‑level work) Strong CRO background — designing for clarity, confidence, and uplift Real design‑systems experience in Figma Mobile‑first design skills Proven collaboration with developers and clean, build‑ready Figma handoff Range across digital and print (Adobe suite) A good standard of written English and some overlap with New Zealand hours Nice to Have Comfortable using AI design tools Familiarity with HTML, email, or marketing‑engine templates Understanding of how designs get built in code (for cleaner handoff) How We Work Together You design; our developers build. You’ll receive references, specs, and rough mock-ups and your job is to elevate and finalise the design in Figma. We iterate together through async updates and weekly check‑ins. Rate & Arrangement Part‑time contractor (approx. 25 hours/week) PHP 60,000–80,000 per month, depending on experience Remote, Philippines‑based Tools: Figma, Adobe suite, ClickUp Reports to: Marketing Lead; works closely with our in‑house developer How to Apply Send your portfolio. Shortlisted candidates will complete a one-way interview and further selection will include a short paid design task, elevating one of our real mock-ups (desktop + mobile), followed by a walkthrough call with our developer.
