Profile Requirements: Divi Builder Proficiency: Hands-on experience working inside Divi Builder, including module styling, responsive controls, saved layouts, and library components. Strong Visual Judgment: Proven ability to make aesthetic decisions using common sense and visual intuition, including fixing layouts that “don’t look right” without explicit instructions. AI-Assisted Workflow Comfort: Experience working alongside AI-generated content, including recognizing artifacts (e.g., formatting issues, visual tells) and cleaning output for human presentation. Responsive Design Awareness: Ability to independently check and adjust layouts for mobile and tablet views, including button behavior, spacing, and text sizing. Production Reliability: Comfortable working within templated, repeatable processes with clear expectations around speed, accountability, and daily output. Relevant Industry Experience (Preferred): Prior experience producing websites for tradies, local service businesses, or lead-generation-focused small business sites. Core responsibilities: Template-Based Page Assembly: Execute high-volume production of 5-page websites for service-based businesses using pre-built Divi templates, ensuring consistent structure across Home, About, Services, Single Service, and Contact pages. Visual Styling & Cleanup: Refine spacing, alignment, typography, colors, borders, gradients, and section flow to elevate visual polish, including resolving layout issues on desktop, tablet, and mobile. AI Content Integration: Insert AI-generated copy from provided ChatGPT prompts into Divi modules, adjusting formatting, hierarchy (H1-H3), sizing, and readability without rewriting core content. Image Sourcing & Optimization: Source stock images when client assets are missing, resize, upscale, compress, and replace low-quality visuals using tools like Canva while maintaining brand consistency. Component Reuse & Speed Optimization: Save refined sections, modules, and CTAs to the Divi library for reuse across pages and future builds to improve speed and consistency. Quality Control & Completion Standards: Deliver fully finished, clean, client-ready websites at a minimum pace of one completed site per day once trained, flagging missing assets or edge cases when required.
