UXライターとして、プロダクトに触れるあらゆる言葉をデザインしていただきます。
ユーザーが迷わず操作できるUIテキストから、ヘルプページ、リリースノートまで、体験全体を支える「ことばの設計」に関わります。
【具体的な仕事内容】
・プロダクト内のUIテキストのライティング・改善
・表記ルールやトーン＆マナーを整えるためのガイドライン作成
・ユーザーリサーチやテストを踏まえたコピーの検証と改善
・デザイナー、PM、エンジニアと協働した情報設計・体験設計
・ユーザーにとってわかりやすく、親しみやすい言葉を探るチーム内ワークショップの実施
・必要に応じてUXデザインやUIデザインの段階から協働
【求めるスキル/適性】
▼スキルセット ※以下、いずれかの経験を満たしている方
・デジタルプロダクトにおけるUXライティングや編集の経験
・Web/アプリのコンテンツ設計や情報設計の経験
・スタイルガイドやライティングルールの策定経験
・ユーザー調査・インタビューを通じた言葉の検証経験
・ゲームやチャットボットのシナリオライティング
※上記に当てはまらない方でも、ライティングの経験があり、UIUXに関する基礎的な知識がある人ならば、ぜひご検討ください。

・時間: フルコミットからハーフコミット、1日２時間などの短い時間まで、柔軟に対応可能
・場所: 海外含めてどこからでも
▼プロジェクト
・内容: サービスの新規立ち上げ、リニューアル案件など
・期間: 2ヶ月〜半年を超える案件など様々
・クライアント: ベンチャーからメガバンクまで、多種多様
▼チーム体制
・1プロジェクトに、PM, UI/UXデザイナー, エンジニアの平均4-5名がアサイン
・プロジェクト開始時はキックオフを実施し、チームビルディングからスタート
※案件によっては、キックオフをオフラインで実施することもあります（出張費は会社負担）
・お互いにカバーしあえるフォロー体制が整っており、個々の強みも発揮しやすい環境
・チーム内で勉強会やレビューし合える環境で、学びやノウハウを蓄積
・Figma、Discord、Slack、Zoomなどのツールを用いたコミュニケーションを重視
