私たちは、UI/UXデザインと先端テクノロジー、そしてAIを駆使してビジネス課題を最適化するデジタルソリューションを提供しています。
今回、プロジェクトのキーパーソンとして、デザインの専門性を武器にビジネス戦略をリードし、圧倒的なスピードで価値を具現化できる方を募集いたします。
本求人は将来的にディレクションチームの責任者として、自身でデザインプロジェクト提案・ディレクションしながらをチームでの成果へコミットする体制を想定しております。
■業務内容
デザイン系案件を中心としたプロジェクト推進および、最上流工程からのデジタル戦略提案。
・クライアントの事業課題ヒアリングおよび要件整理
・企画提案（課題整理、施策立案、提案資料作成、プレゼンテーション）
・Webサイト／デジタルプロダクトの企画・構成設計
・UX設計（ペルソナ設計、カスタマージャーニー設計など）
・制作ディレクション（進行管理、品質管理、スケジュール管理）
・デザイナー／エンジニアとの連携によるプロジェクト推進
・Webサイトやサービスのデータ分析（Google Analytics等）および改善提案
・コンテンツ企画・情報設計・導線設計
・プロジェクト全体のクオリティコントロール

■必須要件
・Webディレクターとしての実務経験（目安：3年以上）
・クライアントワークにおける折衝・進行管理の経験
・企画提案の経験（提案資料作成・プレゼンテーションを含む）
・Webサイト制作における基本的な知識（構成、デザイン、開発の理解）
・複数プロジェクトを並行して推進した経験
・社内外の関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる方
■歓迎要件
・UX設計（ペルソナ、カスタマージャーニー等）の経験
・Webサイトやサービスの分析・改善経験（Google Analytics等）
・コンテンツ企画や情報設計の経験
・デザインやコーディングの基礎知識
・新規サービス／プロダクトの立ち上げ経験
・デジタルマーケティングの知見（SEO、SNS等）
