About the Role Design intuitive, engaging interfaces for our platform using Figma and others. Work closely with developers to bring the user experience to life. What You'll Do Create user-friendly UI/UX designs using Figma Collaborate with developers to implement designs effectively Conduct user research and testing to improve the experience Work directly with the Product Owner to meet design goals What You Bring 3+ years of experience Strong experience in UI/UX design, particularly using Figma Understanding of mobile and web design principles Awareness of Apple and Google design guidelines to ensure UI/UX meets platform standards Sporting experience advantageous – having played, coached, or been part of a club environment helps you design for the audience we serve Proficient in English, with excellent communication skills Creative problem solver with attention to detail Hiring Process We utilize AI tools to enhance hiring efficiency and ensure a fair evaluation. Consequently, candidates will engage with an AI Interviewer, supervised by Human Talent Acquisition Experts who will support your entire application journey.
