Job Title: UX/UI Designer Salary : Php 150-180/hour Work Setup : Remote Employment Type : Project-Based About the Role: We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our team on a project-based remote engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered designs for digital products. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutions while ensuring a seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design user-centered interfaces for web and/or mobile applications. Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams including developers and product stakeholders. Translate product requirements and user insights into intuitive design solutions. Conduct usability reviews and refine designs based on feedback and testing. Maintain consistency through design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components. Deliver final design assets and documentation according to agreed project milestones and timelines. Requirements: Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar design role. Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects for web or mobile applications. Highly proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms. Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and interaction design. Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote work environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with distributed teams. Ability to meet deadlines and deliver outputs within project timelines. Nice to Have (Optional): Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments. Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript. Experience designing responsive or mobile-first applications. Familiarity with usability testing tools and user analytics platforms. What You Can Expect: A remote, project-based engagement with clearly defined deliverables and timeline. Opportunity to collaborate with a distributed and collaborative team.
