We are hiring a UX Writer / Content Designer with experience writing user-centered content and in-product content for digital platforms and products. This role is not marketing copywriting. It focuses on product experience, usability, and clarity . You’ll work closely with designers, developers, and product teams to shape in-product content — from microcopy and user flows to feature messaging and technical explanations. Your work will directly improve how users understand and interact with digital platforms. If you enjoy simplifying complex systems and designing content that guides users effortlessly, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Write clear, concise UX copy for web and mobile interfaces Create microcopy (buttons, tooltips, error messages, onboarding flows) Translate complex product and technical concepts into simple language Collaborate with designers in Figma to align content with UI Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and terminology Contribute to content guidelines and UX writing standards Review and refine content for clarity, accessibility, and usability What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in UX writing, content design, or product content writing Strong portfolio showcasing: In-product UX writing User flows Feature or system-based content Experience working with design tools like Figma (required) Strong editing and proofreading skills Ability to write for clarity, usability, and accessibility Experience collaborating with designers and product teams Nice to Have Background in fintech, or digital platforms Familiarity with content systems or design systems Experience writing technical or system-based content Why Join Us?
