求める人材
私たちは、ウーブンシティにおける発明者主導の実験のための応用研究を設計・主導できるシニアUXリサーチャーを募集しています。
この役割では、VR、ロボティクス、モビリティなどの分野におけるPoC（概念実証）のためのユーザーリサーチを計画・実行するため、発明者と直接連携しながら、データに基づいた方向性とコンサルティングを提供します。
この職務には強力なステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション能力が求められ、調査機関またはコンサルティング環境での経験が非常に重視されます。Inventor Acceleration and Services部門内のInventor UXマネージャーに報告し、製品、デザイン、テクノロジーチームと部門横断的に連携します。
業務内容
・特にロボティクスやモビリティなどの分野において、発明者主導の概念実証（PoC）や実験のための定性的・定量的調査を設計・実施する
・VRベースの評価、生体計測、アンケート、インタビュー、市場調査など、様々な調査手法を用いてユーザー調査を計画・実施する
・研究データを分析し、発明者や関係者にエビデンスに基づいた提言を行う
・コミュニケーションとメンタリング–部門横断的な議論に参加し、同僚や管理職に助言を提供し、実践改善のための事後検証を主導し、研究能力の成長に向けてチームメンバーを指導する
・研究活動の計画、実行、報告、および関係者の調整を含む、エンドツーエンドの研究活動を管理する
必須条件
・UXリサーチ、プロダクト、または関連するリサーチ職における10年以上の経験
・心理学、人間工学、人間ロボット相互作用、人間コンピュータ相互作用、または関連分野の学士号
・クライアント対応のリサーチ業務における経験（例：調査会社、コンサルティング会社、または同等の職務）
・ビジネスレベルの英語力と日本語力（日本語能力試験N1以上）
歓迎条件
・XR（VR、AR）、ロボティクス、モビリティなどの新興技術に関する実務経験
・ユーザー体験評価のための生体計測研究手法（例：視線追跡、心拍変動、皮膚電気反応など）に関する知識
・高度な研究およびデータ分析ツール（例：Databricks、Python、R、Qualtrics）の使用経験
・スタートアップ企業へのコンサルティングを通じた、初期段階の製品開発支援の経験
