About The Role
The UX Designer (Networking) role at Hewlett Packard Enterprise is a remote/teleworker position, allowing you to work primarily from home. This position involves researching, planning, and creating holistic user experience concepts and specifications that optimize interactions across hardware, software, and environmental touchpoints within networking solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage user insights and data to inform design decisions, ensuring the delivery of intuitive and effective user experiences for both internal teams and end-users. The role encompasses contributing to enhancements of existing products, developing new experience designs, and strategizing ecosystem improvements to elevate the overall user journey. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including internal and external development partners, to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions for a variety of projects with moderate complexity.

- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Design, Human Factors Engineering, Social Sciences research, or an equivalent field
- •Minimum of 2+ years of UX design experience
- •Proficiency in applying design principles, theories, and concepts
- •Experience in conducting and analyzing user research and data collection plans
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and local language
- •Ability to negotiate and present design proposals effectively
- •Knowledge of user experience testing methodologies and tools
- •Understanding of holistic experience design and ecosystem strategies
- •Analyze and design user experience solutions for products and services based on established principles and strategies
- •Conduct user experience testing, gather data, and analyze results to inform design improvements
- •Develop and implement user experience design plans, specifications, and reusable design elements for existing and new products
- •Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive and high-quality user experiences
- •Participate as a key member of project teams, contributing to holistic, user-centered design solutions for moderate complexity projects
- •Communicate design concepts, user insights, and specifications clearly to stakeholders and development teams
- •Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX design and networking solutions
