- •Partner closely with product managers, product owners, engineers, and end users to understand business goals, user needs, and product requirements
- •Create user-centered designs that are intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing
- •Lead UX activities throughout the design lifecycle, including research, wireframing, prototyping, testing, implementation support, and post-launch evaluation
- •Develop and maintain high-quality design artifacts, including wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows
- •Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design improvements
- •Collaborate with development teams to ensure design solutions are implemented effectively and consistently
- •Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and creative exploration
- •Contribute to UX best practices, standards, and design consistency across products and platforms
- •Advocate for the user experience while balancing business and technical requirements
- •3+ years of experience designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for web-based applications
- •Strong proficiency with Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and interface design
- •Experience with additional design and visualization tools such as Visio and Photoshop
- •Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance and accelerate the design process, including ideation, prototyping, and asset creation
- •Strong understanding of modern UX/UI design principles, interaction patterns, and accessibility standards
- •Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements
- •Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
- •A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful design processes and successful user-centered solutions
- •Experience working within Agile product development environments
- •Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
- •Experience designing for enterprise applications or complex user workflows
- •Knowledge of accessibility best practices and inclusive design principles
- •Experience collaborating directly with developers during implementation
