📄Description
■概要
自社製品である入金消込パッケージ「Victory-ONE/G5」を業務改善のツールとして導入し、
お客様の業務効率化を実現していく役割を担います。
具体的には、要件定義、基本設計、テスト支援など、および、プロジェクトマネジメントをお任せします。
顧客折衝から本稼働までの全工程に携われる為、ユーザーと直接会話する機会も多く
導入支援時の工夫が業務改善効果、顧客満足に直結するやりがいのある仕事です。
新規ユーザーの導入が中心とし、既存ユーザーのバージョンアップ、追加支援プロジェクトにも携わっていただきます。
■業務内容
・ご経験に応じて、営業支援（提案検討、見積算出など）
・プロジェクトマネジメント（スケジュール管理、課題管理など）
・要件定義では、Fit&Gapを中心に、ASIS分析、ToBe設計、データIOマッピング
・カスタマイズが発生する場合はカスタマイズ基本設計を実施し開発チームに連携
・結合テスト、ユーザーテストなどの支援（テスト実施、QA対応など）
■プロジェクト規模
・システム間の連携PGカスタマイズのみの小規模なプロジェクトは4～6か月程度
・カスタマイズ規模が大きい大規模プロジェクトは9～12か月程度
・会計システム刷新など全体プロジェクトの一部として関与する場合には、
全体スケジュールに合わせますので、1年以上のプロジェクトの可能性もあり
・小～中規模プロジェクトを複数同時に担当する業務の進め方になります
債権管理分野のスペシャリストとしてこの領域のシステム導入コンサルをしてみたい方、
クライアントと密にやり取りしながら一体感をもってプロジェクト推進したい方、ぜひご応募ください。

■応募資格（すべて必須）
・社会人経験（目安2年以上）
・自社パッケージ製品の導入コンサルタントとしてのキャリアを築いていきたい方
・高い成長意欲をもち、新しい事に積極的に挑戦した経験がある方
■優遇スキル
・販売管理、会計、債権、入金関連のプロジェクト、パッケージ経験
