Role Overview
Anchor Sound Company is seeking a User Experience Designer to help shape and refine the usability and overall experience of our digital platforms. This role plays an important part in ensuring that our products are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with user needs as well as business goals.
The User Experience Designer will work closely with product, engineering, and internal stakeholders to translate requirements and user insights into clear, effective design solutions. This position is well-suited for a designer who values consistency, documentation, and collaboration, and who can balance creativity with practical decision-making in a corporate setting.

- •Design user-centered experiences for web-based and digital platforms
- •Translate user needs and product requirements into wireframes, flows, and prototypes
- •Conduct and support usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle
- •Maintain consistency with established design standards, accessibility guidelines, and brand principles
- •Contribute to design documentation and shared design systems
- •Support continuous improvement through data-informed design decisions
- •Bachelor’s degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- •3 to 5 years of professional experience in a UX design role
- •A portfolio demonstrating thoughtful, user-centered design work
- •Proficiency with common design and prototyping tools
- •Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams
- •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- •Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
