About this Role: Propensity UX/UI designers ensure that our targeted marketing platform and surrounding products are functional, easy to use, and enjoyable for the end user. They act as a "user advocate," bridging the gap between business objectives and user needs through a data-driven design process.

  • User Journey Mapping: map out current user flows and optimize user journeys to improve the user experience of the product by creating updated workflow diagrams to hand of to the development team
  • Wireframing and prototyping: Create structural blueprints (wireframes) and interactive models (prototypes) to visualize and test design concepts.
  • Internal research: Identify user needs, pain points, and goals through methods like internal stakeholder interviews, and competitive analysis.
  • Usability testing: Conduct tests to evaluate how easy and intuitive the design is to use and gather feedback for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including product managers, UI designers, and developers, to translate user needs into a final product.
  • Communication: Present design ideas, findings, and solutions to stakeholders through documents, presentations, and other means.
  • Iteration and refinement: Use feedback and data from testing to make ongoing improvements to the design.
  • 3–5+ years of UX/UI experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma and Figjam.
  • Soft Skills: High empathy, critical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to accept and iterate on constructive feedback.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding business metrics (like conversion and retention rates) and aligning design solutions with overall company goals.
  • Ability to prioritize and communicate clear status updates.
  • Comfort working independently in a startup environment where processes, playbooks, and systems are still being built.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Google sprints
  • Excellent communication skills
  • You’re proactive, resourceful, and motivated to build foundational PMM processes from the ground up.
  • You ask thoughtful questions, uncover context quickly, and know when to seek clarity.
