Pay Information: $60-$65 per hour

Role Overview
As a UX Designer for our retail client, you will support the evolution of builder experiences by identifying opportunities for workflow improvements and AI integration. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and facilitate adoption of innovative tools and processes. Your efforts will help organizations improve product creation, efficiency, and scalability through platform-enabled workflows and emerging technologies. This role involves conducting research, developing prototypes, supporting pilot programs, and driving organizational change in large-scale environments.

- •Design and document workflows, guardrails, and best practices for AI-assisted tools.
- •Partner with engineering teams on AI enablement initiatives, including code and design automation.
- •Conduct user research to identify friction points and opportunities for process improvements.
- •Facilitate workshops and enablement activities for emerging tool adoption.
- •Prototype future-state workflows and present innovative concepts to stakeholders.
- •5+ years of experience in UX, design systems, or workflow design.
- •Proven success in platform or tooling transformation initiatives.
- •Experience working across large organizations influencing multiple teams.
- •Knowledge of AI-assisted design, code generation, and emerging builder technologies.
- •Collaborated closely with engineering teams on tooling and workflow requirements.
- •Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, process design, and organizational influence.Skilled in facilitation, storytelling, and stakeholder alignment.
- •Ability to translate ambiguous ideas into clear prototypes and plans.
- •Familiar with prompt-based interfaces, MCP-enabled tooling, or similar technologies.
- •Experience with design operations, service design, or operational workflows.
