【案件概要】
ドローン向けの通信、運航管理システム、データ管理・解析システムなど、プラットフォームサービスの企画・開発において、ビジネス価値を創出するUI/UXデザインを担っていただきます。
現在、ドローンの遠隔自律飛行や複数機体の同時運航、取得データの管理・解析など、最新技術の開発やオペレーション手法の確立を通して、点検、巡視、物流など、あらゆる分野において社会やお客様の課題解決に貢献できるサービスを構築しています。
ドローン技術の向上を背景に、これらの分野で高度なドローン活用の社会実装が本格化する中、単なる「見た目」ではなく、ビジネスKPIに直結するデザイン戦略を立案・実行できる方を募集します。
UI/UXは、ドローン運航の安全性・効率性に直接影響を与えるため、デザインがもたらすビジネスインパクトをデータで証明し、継続的に改善する仕組みを構築することが求められます。

【具体的な仕事内容】
〇現在はフロントエンドチームがUI実装を担っていますが、専任のUIデザイナーとして合流いただき、プロダクトUIの一貫性と品質をリードしていただきます。
既にたたき台となるデザインシステムは存在していますが、運用・改善を通じてより実践的に成熟させていくフェーズです。
