Wir sind eine CRO-Agentur für E-Commerce-Brands und optimieren Shopify-Shops mit datengetriebenen A/B-Tests. Jedes Design, das du bei uns baust, wird live getestet – du siehst schwarz auf weiß, ob deine Arbeit Conversion Rate und Umsatz steigert. Design ohne Wirkung gibt's bei uns nicht.
Aufgaben
Du designst Produktseiten, Landingpages, Cart-Flows und komplette Shop-Sections in Figma – von der ersten Idee bis zum entwicklungsfertigen Design
Du konzipierst A/B-Test-Varianten für unsere Kunden-Shops: Above-the-Fold-Optimierungen, Buy-Boxes, Bundles, Pre-Sell-Pages und mehr
Du übersetzt CRO-Hypothesen und Testdaten in konkrete Design-Entscheidungen – gemeinsam mit unserem Team
Du arbeitest dich in die Markenwelt unserer Kunden ein und designst theme-nativ: Deine Designs fügen sich nahtlos in bestehende Shops ein, statt nach Baukasten auszusehen
Du baust wiederverwendbare Design-Systeme und Komponenten-Bibliotheken in Figma auf
Qualifikation
starke Figma-Skills – Auto-Layout, Komponenten, Varianten und Design-Systeme sind für dich Alltag, kein Neuland
Erfahrung im E-Commerce-Design, idealerweise mit Shopify-Shops (PDPs, Collections, Carts, Landingpages)
Ein Gespür dafür, was konvertiert: Du denkst in Hierarchie, Trust-Elementen und Kaufpsychologie – nicht nur in Ästhetik
Mobile-First und Responsive Design sind für dich selbstverständlich
Eigenständige, strukturierte Remote-Arbeitsweise: Du lieferst zuverlässig, auch ohne dass jemand daneben sitzt
Sehr gutes Deutsch, gutes Englisch
Nice to have: Erfahrung mit CRO/A/B-Testing (z. B. Intelligems), Grundverständnis von Shopify-Themes, Motion-Design
