About The Role
We are seeking a passionate and creative Junior UI/UX Designer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the entire design lifecycle, from conducting user research and developing wireframes to creating high-fidelity prototypes and facilitating developer handoffs. Collaborating closely with product leads and developers, you will utilize modern design tools—including AI-assisted platforms—to craft intuitive and impactful user experiences. - •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- •1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design, including internships and academic projects.
- •Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma or similar platforms.
- •Understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and data analysis.
- •Knowledge of design systems and ability to contribute to maintaining consistency across products.
- •Basic understanding of front-end technologies like HTML and CSS (preferred but not mandatory).

- •Design user interface components while ensuring consistency across different touchpoints and adherence to the design system.
- •Utilize modern design tools and AI-assisted platforms to enhance productivity, creativity, and ideation processes.
- •Support and participate in user research activities, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing to gather valuable insights.
- •Develop user personas, journey maps, and structure information architecture to inform design decisions.
- •Analyze user feedback and industry trends to propose and implement design enhancements.
- •Collaborate closely with developers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with project requirements.
- •Present design concepts to team members and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine solutions.
- •Prepare detailed design specifications and maintain organized documentation to facilitate smooth development handoffs.
- •Stay informed about the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, especially AI-driven design workflows.
- •Participate actively in team meetings, critiques, and collaborative projects to foster a positive work environment.
