About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Interactive Designer to join our small, dedicated team at an exciting stage of our company's growth. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver with extensive experience in user-centered design principles, capable of translating concepts into compelling digital experiences. This role involves managing the entire design lifecycle—from initial concept development, user research, and prototyping to final implementation. The Interactive Designer will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure that our web and mobile applications are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with our vision. Given our startup environment, the role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced setting, primarily in-office, with a focus on delivering high-quality design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.

- •Bachelor's degree in graphic design, interaction design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
- •5+ years of experience as an interactive designer or UX/UI designer
- •Proven success in designing engaging digital products and experiences
- •Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- •Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, InVision, and Zeplin
- •Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- •Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- •Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- •Experience with front-end development (a plus)
- •Experience with animation and motion graphics (a plus)
- •Passion for creating beautiful, user-friendly digital experiences
- •Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- •Design and prototype user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for web applications and mobile apps
- •Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure designs are user-centered and meet target needs
- •Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively
- •Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and style guides to ensure visual consistency across platforms
- •Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to translate designs into functional products
- •Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results to enhance usability and engagement
- •Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into projects
- •Assist in defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution
